metro stations friendly staff pleasant temperature varied selection
The location was excellent with metro stations nearby. This allowed easy access to various parts of the city. friendly staff were available and they provided early access to my room, i appreciated this. the room maintained a pleasant temperature even with the outside heat! the breakfast offered a varied and tasty selection.
The elevator was quite small. It sometimes made accessing higher floors a bit inconvenient.

attentive staff excellent location clean room
The hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The location is excellent with easy access to train stations. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean including clothes hangers and towels provided daily.
The hallway is narrow I could hear doors slam shut occasionally.

slow lift thin walls
The location was quite convenient, with access to various attractions.
I paid extra for a 'Superior Double or Twin Room', but it felt more like a standard room. The lift was slow. I often opted for the stairs instead. Noise from other guests was very noticeable. Thin walls did little to block out sounds.

The hotel location was superb! It was close to all attractions. The staff was friendly, and the room came with complimentary water bottles daily!!! The TV was large.
The room was tiny! The elevator was very small. It barely fit one adult with a carry-on. I also didn't find any stated laundry service available at the hotel.

The room included a kettle and tv, i found that helpful. the location was good. It was close to several metro stations and restaurants. i appreciated that the staff helped find wine glasses for us to use though! the room was also clean.

The location was convenient. Several metro stations were within walking distance. I appreciated the variety of restaurants nearby. Shakir at the front desk was very helpful.
The elevator was quite small. It seemed slow, too. My room faced a courtyard, so there wasn't much of a view. The breakfast options were somewhat limited.
